our old landlord has took the piss a little with our £725 deposit leaving us with a grand total of £51 left!
now I don'[t mind the £320 taken off to fill the oil tank but I do object to a £360 claning bill for the house, carpets and garden.
we left the place fucking spotless (apart from the cooker but we had to clean the cooker when we occupied it so only thought it fair to leave it minging!)
so one VERY STERN letter later I'm billing them for 12 days without hot water, 4 days with raw sewage in the back garden, 3 days without running water and £40 for cleaning the cooker and fireplace when we first moved in.
I'm not holding my breath but it should shake them up a bit as I've documented everything on here! 
anyway fuck them we live in a beautiful place now and I';ve just bought a new Wii game

Yeah I know what you mean about bastard landlords, all of my mates are students and all of them have been screwed over in some way, shape or form by their landlords! On a less serious note, Wii games look fun to play, I've never played any; are they as fun to play as they look?
