I'm officially a fool

I have just driven all the way from work to home, come upstairs, swore loudly then drove all the way back to work for approximately 30 seconds to drive all the way back.

TOTAL journey time 2 hours and approx. 75 miles.

Why?

Because like a DICK I forgot our tea which was stored in the work's fridge, this also contained our food for tomorrow and the day after...

If i had just thought f*** it I'll get it tomorrow then we would have nothing for dinner tomorrow and Sarah, who's been looking forward to tea all day, would have done a 8:30-19:30 shift to come home to a rather sheepish me with some poor substitute from Sainsbury's...

as I said in the title

I'm officially a fool

  I lived opposite a Sainsbury's for 6 years so I don't really like them anymore- I'd bought all the ingredients for a chicken curry for the girl which was what was in the fridge! still it's ready now and waiting for her to come home and eat it...

  i really knew I'd forget it too so i WAS going to write on my habd but i'd've forgotten that too! can't believe I only realised when I came upstairs!!!

oops! i'm sure ragging about in the Lotus wasnt a huge chore though

seems to be a day for numptyism..I went to Hampshire this morning on my way to work (a mere 75 mile total detour) to get a prescription from my old doctors (easier and faster than going through the whole temporary resident shite here) and post a parcel and stuff. Parcel posted, I drove off to work, forgetting the prescription, the one reason I actually went there. add another 30 miles to my trip

  usually I would agree but today i was driving the Renault so not too exciting though I did get to listen to a whole Radio 4 programme! for once.... today is indeed a day of numpyness
