nothing to do with the Olympics but we've just got in from a long day and both decided for a takeaway- first Chinese didn't answer but the second is delivering in half an hour so we're sorted!
my techie from work had his birthday on Monday but he had the day off so he said he was going out tonight....
after such short notice we managed to arrange me going out with him from 18:00 (when we finish- I do the rotas) and Sarah picking me up about 20:00....
now that was the plan BUT Sarah turned up at 20:00 looking lovely with new shoes and a new top and she looked great! 
then we came home------- only because we both had had short dinners and we needed FOOD!!!
but not pub food- food we could sit at home and enjoy...
my dinner today consisted of grabbing a tuna wrap and a hot sausage roll on the way to a meeting at 13:15, after leaving my first aid course at 13:05 and then running back to my first aid at 14:00....
gulp
hence home
happy
and waiting for food
boiler to be sorted on Friday so it's bloody pointless cooking
ho hum
who's living in a paradox??????
