well it was or I wouldn't be able to post this unless I used the iPhone!

Got home early and tried to download the latest version of the Maccast Podcast to listen to on the beach and a BIG RED LIGHT was on the router!!!

ARGHHHH!

no internet
no Xbox live
no maccast
no World of Warcraft!

so I though "bugger it" and went and listened to an old maccast that I had never finished....

came back just now and took a deep breath and rang the BT Direct Technical Broadband Faults Team- not to report it- to get it fixed- this number is full of techies who know what they are doing (a friendly BT gave it me once!)

and

THEY SOLVED IT!!!!

and

he told me how to fix it again so I would not have to ring them again!!!!

btw Maccast is a great podcast done from the USA about all things Macintosh- very well recommended...
