I've just downloaded the new software for my iPhone and it's BRILLIANT!!
loads of new applications are available that are made by third party organisations and a lot are plain FREE!
so if you have an old iPhone (or the new 3G one- I'm still waiting for mine) then go to iTunes and connect your iPhone and click that SOFTWARE UPDATE button!

Pro like the idea of the iDial but all my numbers are in the contacts- I only know my work numbers and sarahs

If you want an old school look on your iPhone, you might try out the iDial iPhone Retro application called Visua mobile. This third-party application allows you to dial phone numbers via a virtual rotary dial as you see on the picture above
